The Paislig pocket square measures approximately 30 x 30 cm and is made from 100% silk.
Designed and illustrated by Josef McFadden, this print is heavily inspired by the architecture of Paisley, the town in Scotland, and the structure of the paisley pattern itself. Entwined among paisley pattern motifs such as the widely known teardrop shape ,combined with other decorative elements, are the likes of Paisley Abbey, Anchor Mills, John Neilston Institute, Paisley Observatory, Alexander Wilson, Robert Tannahill, the Xenomorph gargoyle on the Abbey and the Paisley Witches Horseshoe – all of which have been illustrated using pencil.
